1. Nf3 Nf6 2. d4 d5 3. Bg5 h6 {I'm not well learned in opening theory. It
seems that this is not a common move.} 4. Bxf6 exf6 5. Qd3 Be6
{Development. Also protects the open e file.} 6. Nc3 c6 {Needed a defender
on the d5 pawn.} 7. Rd1 Nd7 {Developing knight.} 8. e4 Qb6 {I couldn't
decide whether to take or not. This move attacks b2 so it seemed good
enough.} 9. exd5 cxd5 {I took with the pawn because I wanted to keep the
bishop, it's still protecting the e file.} 10. Qe3 Be7 {To prevent Nxd5 and
not being able to recapture. Also allows me to castle.} 11. Bb5 Rd8
{Protecting the knight so the king doesn't have to capture.} 12. a4 a6
{Kick off the bishop.} 13. Bxd7+ Rxd7 {Recapture.} 14. b3 O-O {A simple
move like b3 doesn't open up any new tactics, so I'm free to castle.} 15.
Rf1 {You can tell I'm playing a computer...} Rc7 {Attacking the knight, and
putting the rook on a more open file.} 16. Rd3 Re8 {Putting the rook on an
open file.} 17. Kd1 Qa5 {Attacking the knight again. Moved to a5 so the
bishop can come to b4.} 18. h4 Bb4 {Really want to take control of c3.} 19.
Ne2 Rec8 {Things are looking good, I think I'm winning.} 20. c3 Bxc3 {As
far as I can calculate, there's nothing wrong about simply capturing. Not
sure why black pushed that pawn.} 21. h5 Bb2 {Moving the bishop out of the
way so the rooks have access.} 22. Re1 Bf5 {At this point I had no clue
what to do. It looked like I was in a great position. After a few minutes
of contemplating a rook attack to white's back ranks, or a queen move, I
couldn't find a good move. I noticed Bf5 traps the rook and puts the bishop
in a move active square, so settled for that move.} 23. Qd2 Qb6 {Trading
queens would be a bad move.} 24. a5 Qc6 {Wasn't sure what to do here. I
think this was a bad move.} 25. g4 Bxd3 {A rook for a bishop is good enough
for me.} 26. Qxd3 Qe6 {I decided to move the queen off the c file.} 27. Nf4
Rc1+ {I think that was a bad move by black.} 28. Kd2 Qxg4 {Takes the pawn
and attacks f3.} 29. Nxd5 R8c2+ {This move wins the queen.} 30. Qxc2 Rxc2+
{I can clearly see I'm in a winning position now.} 31. Kxc2 Qxf3 {Capturing
the now hanging piece.} 32. Nxf6+ Qxf6 {I'm quite sure Qxf6 is better than
gxf6.} 33. Re8+ Kh7 34. Kxb2 Qxd4+ {Capturing a free pawn.} 35. Kb1 Qb4
{Preparing to capture b3 or a5.} 36. Re5 Qxb3+ {Bad move from black, I can
win the rook.} 37. Ka1 Qc3+ 38. Kb1 Qxe5 39. Ka2 Qxa5+ {Clearing the way to
advance my a or b pawn.} 40. Kb3 Qd5+ {Boxing the king in.} 41. Kc3 b5 {The
b pawn attacks two squares, the a pawn attacks just one. I had no other
reason to choose to move the b pawn.} 42. Kb4 Qc4+ {Pushing the king to the
edge, clearing the way.} 43. Ka5 b4 {Eager to advance to the end!} 44. Ka4
f5 {I noticed here that the king can only move to a5, which would be mate
with Qb5. When our f pawns meet, it will be game over.} 45. Ka5 Qb5# {White
accepts his fate.} 0-1
